C'est Fassil et tellement bon

Mmmmmmmmmmm.

Kim, Paul, Peggy and I went out for Ethiopian food on Thursday. We took waaaay too long of a lunch break but it was definitely worth the trip....drooling just thinking about it. I love Injera.

The quest for Ethiopian Spice Tea continues....based on the info I got from Hanna & the info Kim managed to get from the owners of Fassil, we know about as much as (definitely no more than) we did before....cloves & a stick of cinnamon are definitely involved in the process. Both Kim and I suspect that the recipe is quite similar to Chai--perhaps just different quantities of spices.

I'm still not sure which is better Fassil or the Addis cafe....definitely warrants further investigation. mmmmmmmmm.....
