Rotten kid.

Today's my mom's birthday. My sister and I are scrambling at the last minute to pull something together. Usually it's a big deal...we get cake at "Amy's", flowers, make all meals, clean, buy pricy gifts...but this year the planning never happened.

....another thing...apparently my dad had an operation this morning. Sadly, I'm not kidding. I knew about it prior, but somehow got too worried about it being my mom's birthday.
